Chuck Vogel reminded us that the Holiday Lunch was next Thursday December 10 and would start at 11:45 and lunch would be served at 12:15. For those wanting a head start the no host bar will be open at 11:30. Complimentary wine will be served during the meal.

Troy Winkles was presented the monthly Paul Harris award by Sandi.

Ed Stokes gave generous happy dollars.

The club treasurer and directors gave reports.

Greg Vaisner provided fiscal results from Rock the Plaza, Pancake Breakfast, Golf Tournament, and Art & Wine and while we were slightly under budget we did well in light of current economic conditions.

Geoff Zimmerman said we are on target with new members and an added requirement for RED to BLUE badge having newbie meet 60% of members and get their autograph.

Troy Winkles said we are collecting coats/jackets this year and will distribute after our December 17 meeting. Mike Heller added that we have received needs from Shelter, Inc. and would have a wrapping party starting an 8:00 AM Sunday December 13th at his estate.

Chuck Vogel polled group to see how many emails read and if they open the ROTATIONS link and read it. Conclusion is a need to improve communication with members.

Troy Feddersen reported that the Bentley Interact group is active and invited us to attend their Wednesday lunch meetings.

Jesse Wellen updated us on the Guatemalan women who had both hands severed by her husband and said the joint Ethiopian project was about complete.

Bud Moulthrop got the “GOLD BALL” and $25.00.
